Log-in and check your bookshelf first for any notes, clarifiations or corrections. If you don't find corrections listed on your bookshelf, use the form below

Instructions for an e-PatternsCentral.com pattern are incorrect or unclear.

Pattern services are available for e-PatternsCentral.com customers who have purchased a pattern with incorrect or unclear instructions.

Pattern services will attempt to answer all requests as soon as possible. Any request requiring research or a stitch diagram will be handled by U.S. mail, and as time permits, according to our editorial deadlines and press schedules. If the information is already available, we will try to send it out the same day we receive your request. However, please keep in mind that it may be up to three weeks before you will receive a reply. If we do not have any corrections or additional information on a pattern that has a copyright date of over two years, we will be unable to review the instructions. Also, we cannot accomodate inquiries for generic pattern searches, designing or writing instructions for individuals.
